Rvv was talking about the new implications of background checks on the seed $ used to fund the start ups  of any LP and large pp purchases  . They are reviewing existing applications for this now . This all started in the debate in second reading when one of the conservative senators made implications $ from criminals and off shore is being used to infiltrate the legal sysytem ,might I ...more
