Seriously. It is not a pot delay regarding the licencing from health Canada, the Senate will be voting and the legalization of Marijuana may be delayed as July it's was just an approximate date. ( no one really thought weed would be legalized on Canada day). It could be as early as the beginning of August. This has ZERO to do with H.C. granting licenses as a matter of fact they have hired more
