Trying to confirm some information . . . . help appreciated

I have been watching and waiting. I missed the late 2017 frenzy but figured that there was still a second wind opportunity available. So set out to do some research. Have some info gaps that I hope more knowledgable posters can help me with. Trust you will not mind the questions and layout:

1) For 2 months or so I have been calling Lib's office phone but have never actually spoken to anyone, except the voice message. Has anyone ever gotten through and if so what day / time do they tend to pick up

2) I know that they are going after 2 licences, but I canot seem to find a statement that says if or when they actually submitted their finished paperwork or videos or a combination of both. I likely have missed something. Does anyone when they were submitted.

3) Health Canada's site shows where license submissions have come from and I remember seeing a graph on how many were approved, were in process, were denied. That was interesting but it does not seem to offer any insights on how long it is estimated it would take for a license submission to be reviewed and accepted or denied. Does anyone know?

4) Are the subsidiaries of Lib generating any revenue at the moment?

5) A poster today suggested - perhaps in jest - that another poster should buy RVV. I looked at RVV in curiosity. I noticed that they were trading in the .20's, had got to a high in the .50's, have about 1/2 the outstanding stock as does LIB. I was curious if anyone might be able to comment on why they are valued at 1/2 the share value but with a smaller float. What does LIB have that RVV does not or is all of this so speculative that there might not be an easy explanation.

6) Assuming . . . or when . . . . LIB gets the licenses it is going after I suppose the game is to bulld up inventory inorder to be able to offer for sale once the Feds appprove. Or are such companies building inventory in parallel to chasing certification? Are they able to do this?

7) I now have 80,000 shares that I have accumulated the past 3 days trading days I am glad I found this site as it is really hard I am finding to get info on many of these stocks. Thanks!

hahaha, I know i have been reading some of the posts and other than some good or bad natured slagging not much useful info has been served up. But inbetween those were some that raised good points and did throw out some interesting insights. I guess I am casting my net high and wide because frankly not being able to speak directly to a LIB IR person makes it difficult to get answered some of the

1 . Yes leave a message if they don't answer and someone will call you back . I've personally spoke with Will R. ,Steven Feldman , and IR before on many occasions.  2.  No formal release of video submission but ICC has walked through both licenses to get them ready .IMHO The company has never been overly forward with updates about facilities. This coming for a 4 year long
