is frozen on the exchanges. Too bad this didnt yesterday with the sell off happening.

well im pissed off. That killed the momentum as i beleive we would of ended the day at 39 or 40 . I doubt they will trade again today and reboot the system

Td just told me all Canadian exchanges are down for rest of day. They guy I talked to said he has no idea and hasn't seen this in the 2 years he's been working there. Any ideas?

just states they all closed early due to technical issues at TSX group.

lib on the otc is up 8.3 percent on more volume than a it has in a month. And we are just up 2 percent now.
