Michelle, I usually try and defend you when everyone on this board is tearing strips off you, but this is ridiculous. You are flat out wrong, and you're buying into this fear mongering nonsense posted by
marionmeathead who literally just created that stockhouse account yesterday! Clearly, the guy is here to help the brokers continue to manipulate this price down. Remember, no one is every posting on a board unless they have interest in the stock!
Yes, provinces will have some control over distribution to the retailers, but they will still need to buy a variety of available products from quality control distributors across the country, of which there will be very few. North Road will
definitely be able to distribute their products outside of BC, with a primary goal of being one of the only distributors that is equipped to meet the varying regulatory demands of the different provinces. What you're saying they
can’t do is literally the
main thing they will doing, and HC has already processed their application for such a license. Have you even been to their website? This is excerpt taken directly from it, and the various news releases on North Road tell the story with even more detail:
<<
The distribution of North Road Ventures’ products will fall under the authority of provincial and territorial regulatory bodies. For that reason, the pipeline to market will differ by jurisdiction. Some distribution will occur through Liquor Control Boards or similar outlets. We also envisage that, in certain cases, we will be leveraging relationships with sales agents and retailers.>>
Here – check out their site (
https://www.northroadventures.com/) and then ask yourself why
Cannabis Compliance Inc. even bother to work with these guys in processing their ACMPR package if the license wasn’t even attainable? Answer – they wouldn’t. Cannabis Compliance is doing all the licensing work for North Roads, and they have yet to fail any of their clients.
Michelle, you just need to walk away from this for a couple months, or at least a few weeks, and when you come back, I’m sure you’ll be happier with the SP.
