Vancouver, British Columbia (April 11, 2023) – Lida Resources Inc. (CSE: LIDA) (“Lida” or the “Company”) announces that its previously announced amalgamation agreement with Continental Potash Corp. has terminated and the transactions contemplated thereby will not proceed.
