Lowell transaction complete

I imagine now this transaction is done the board will become more active over time. Indus just made a very shrewd move with this acquisition. In all respects this is a 2.0 version of what George did last year when he took over Indus. If Mark can fix the operational side and get the grow operations producing up to projections then this company is going to get a lot of new investor attention in coming quarters. I think they can quadruple the Lowell pre roll and flower sales by EOY and with just that brand achieve a 60M annual run rate going into 2022. The legacy operations should hopefully generate 70M this year after what is going to come in as an ugly Q1 delivery. All imo
