Come on guys, Time to sell out, Plz...

Haha

I really like the look and prospects of this company, I've been steadily reading up what I can find on them since I learned about them early in May. Last Monday I finally freed up so cash and put in a starting bid at 26 cents, but we are yet to get back to there (I had one chance to get in at 26.5 which I regret not taking). If this goes much longer I'll have to increase my bid to 28.

What I'm really interested in is the recovery possibilities from essentially re-running old tailings from already worked ground where recovery rates were likely below 90%. As a fan of Gold Rush, they talk a bunch about recovery rates when running ground and how the machines they use running properly recover between 90-95% and they trap nuggets and flake gold. From what I'm understanding with this company and their technology, they can get smaller flakes and almost dust gold that can't really be pulled anyway else. The older producing mines these guys are targeting using tailings from likely had lower technology and likely quality methods than are used now and likely did not trap as much flake as now possible. They talk about the recovery process being super cost effective and I'm going to assume the labour price will be low also as we are talking about ventures in lower economy countries. Add in the fact, they discuss that they are using tailings from land that has no other current or prospective use, so for land owners the fact anyone wants to buy thier dirt to run it's a bonus for them even at the super low costs they are talking.

From what I'm reading they are still perfecting the recovery processes but are struggling with climates and currently only this somewhat tropical temperatures are the only areas that the process is working effectively. But I anticipate that the science side of this will improve further and open up more locations/conditions this work is possible in. I've also read that they are the only ones on this technology.

So far they have modelled a 5ish year plan of adding 2 plants per year in already agreed upon areas, with many more countries/areas looking on interested on how they develop.

I've looked through SEDAR and other sites/info and I can't find regular quarterlys, I found a 9 month and anouther statement but nothing regular. Using the 9 month, I've projected thier quarters will fall in the end of June, September, December, March system which I would expect to start either this June (reporting in July) or September (reporting in October) as they go into production with the completed first major plant.

I personally find this not only a great opportunity on the idea of gold production, but also the use of thier technology growing. Most of the time your buying a gold miner just on what the inferred resources are in the ground and how much it will cost to get them, in this case getting to resource is very cheap it's just a case of running tested, rich enough ground, quickly & effectively and hoping the recovery method works as projected. The 10 project locations discussed are great, but what about 100s maybe 1000s of others that may become avalible as the technology proves it self, develops and becomes more effective especially in a wider range of climates. And also take into consideration, as the price of gold rises, lower quality ground becomes profitable which opens up more options.

This is not without risk, they as a group are yet to show major results both as a buisness venture and with the technology, and I expect there to be issues and hiccups along the way and I don't bank on them hitting thier full projected timeline. As an investor I'm willing to throw my money behind this at a good price as I see very good potential and returns even if they come up shy of projections.

If anyone else has more info, please share!

Jay Banks, that is a excellent summery. I was lucky to have discovered this company at 0.07 cents and bought a big load. The future looks very bright. 1). Before end of June we will hear from facitity 3.  It will be in another country than Costa Rica and the announcement will move the SP.  Probably  there will be another big name attached to this announcement. I hope so. 2) Facilty ...more

Another risk for the business is the weather. Costa Rica, where I lived 4 years, has a dry and a wet season. During the rainy season it can rain hard and a lot. Last year central America suffered from very bad hurricanes. Costa Rica escaped the worst part. So keep an eye on the weather conditions. Hasta la vista.

Hi, How are you coming up with those timelines? Facility 2 is to be complete around end of June/beginning of July - but won't start producing gold until October? And where did you get the info of facility 1 being at 80% by the end of June?

I don't get any information but my timelines are based on what happened the last year. Facility 2 will be finished end of June/ July.  Finished means the construction will be finished but then they heve to fine tune it and slowly bring it to production capacity. As I said, everything goes slower that planned so I think in October facility 2 will produce gold. The same goes for facility 1 ...more

So I think the confusion of this is the Facility numbering... What Jamming refers to as "Facility 1" is the current testing unit that is already operating but is a low capacity testing unit. It is producing but the production is so small it's of little value other than it is helping develop the methods they are using. What he is referring to as "Facility 2" is what ...more
