 			I contacted the CEO, and he replied. Ken said that they're still in a waiting mode, but they are working to execute a reverse takeover before the end of this month, May, to coincide with our AGM. He mentioned that someone expressed some interest in it. If he is waiting, then let's just wait too...

I emailed him once months ago over filing, and then again last week. Coincidentally he responded today! Here's his response: We do not hold BTC with Anchorage – we used this to settle all debts to get the shell as clean as we can Yes, still seeking a RTO and have some time left to do so GLTA

Thanks CompleteAmateur - this is interesting for sure - hopefully we see a nice takeout bid and we can get the helll out of this .... unless the new company offers new shares to us ??? Might be worth a look see !!!
