What today's news release left out is the game plan of Mindbio becoming Nazdaq listed through this deal with Enveric ... Mindbio needed a clean structured Psych company already listed and they found it in Enveric ... they will take control of moving ahead with development and in my belief follow it up  with a full takeover combining Enveric and Mindbio's development programs forming a powerhouse Nazdaq Psychedelic Bio company
