The addition is one of Giustra's people. Why four directors? Don't know, but that is the number the TSX requires. Coincidence?

Anyone have any insight on this company? A opinion?  Anything?  Or are they just seeking acquisitions and it's a waiting game?  Cheers Slyder3

We can safely assume that a deal is now being vended in. Adding a director was a positive sign, Giustra quiting the GASX board was another, while announcing the closing of a $2 million financing was a huge tell.  Today's halt proves a deal is finally being vended in took a couple of years! Let's hope it's one of his bigger deals. Vetting and approval will likely take 2-3 ...more
