Is this the new normal and if so who drove it higher and why? Is this the beginning of something good or planned exit for those in the know? How about some words of wisdom from Darcy to quell all of us who are on pins and needles. Communicate; last time you didnt drove price into ground regarding the campus. Use your words Darcy; please.
