Thanks and one more question

Thank you LTInvest for confirming that True Leaf owes Lind Asset Mgmt. $5,840,000 and this was tightly secured in first place by blanket encumbrance of all True Leaf companies and a mortgage on the building.  Agree, probably nothing left for anyone else, be they creditors or shareholders.
One major Creditor on the FTI True Leaf Insolvency list has me totally baffled.   Trademark Packaging is listed as a creditor, claiming True Leaf Pet Inc. owes them $274,272.09.  I believe the CEO of True Leaf owns some or all of Trademark Packaging, as appears to have been disclosed in the regular reports filed by True Leaf.  True Leaf and Trademark share the same business address.  You would think the account balance Trademark Packaging had with True Leaf Pet Inc. would have been kept current or zero as just good and safe business practice.  Why would Trademark be put at such a high risk?

No idea. That is a good question though.
