So does anyone know what this means for shareholders?
seem to be braking True Leaf up and selling the pieces separately. Do shareholders get shares of the the purchasing company? In this case "Hemp Technology Inc" https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/HPTY/ I didn't know that stocks could go that low $0.0009 . I guess it can go 900% lower. Thanks for everything Darcy . Since the buyer is paying with cash, existing shareholders will not get shares. MJ shares will likely get delisted when the building is sold and transferred to the new owner. To continue the listing financials would have to be current.
