The financing deal

my sources are saying this proposed deal was put together 17 days before they announced it, that means it's been in the works for 30+ days which is far to long to see a conclusion. Therefore one must think the deal is dead !!!!!!!!!!!!! Deals like this take on average 12 working days.

This just in, hearing from sources the deal is on it's death bed. Stay tuned more could come at anytime.

This is what will happen if this deal goes belly up. First you will see a hoard of tax loss selling into december, followed by a delisting early next year and the assets ( the only asset they have is their brand name ) will go to the debt holders. It will last as long as the cash on hand, sales of the remaining stock and the accounts receivable are used up. The question I have is how much of the ...more

Where are you coming up with that data set? Their are many reasons the deal has not been done and you are right, the interested parties are NOT interested anymore. Everything this little start up has done has been poorly executed from a shareholders point of view. Dart you repeatedly refer to the "consulting fees". We know that management has protected their interests over the retail ...more

Look at it this way, it's not a total loss. This management team will be watch like a hawk from this point on and if they ever get involved with anyother company they will be shouted out weekly maybe even dayly warning people of what they did before and that includes the BOD. It's one of the good uses of the internet.

This is what I am doing for shareholders of this company. I am having my little research group checking every listed micro cap on the vse and cse to see if any of these people are on boards or are ceo's of anyother listed companies. If we find some we will wait to see what happen here first and if this goes belly up then we will inform share holders of those other companies, if there are any ...more

That doesn't help the MLCL investors. Their are so many scummy back door self serving CEO,CFO, Management and BOD's in these junior companies. They treat the PP's like a private bank account. The fact that the investors are losing hard earned after tax dollars in a deal that they will not pilot professionally is fraudulent activity IMO. I expected more from the company. It goes under ...more

Now you see why 95% of these plays are pump and dumps, it's because these people use these companies as their own piggy bank. You can still make monry on them but they are not buy and hold stocks. On another note that has a strong effect on the stock market. You know those pre buy condos, the ones you buy before the construction of the building starts. Most people buy them to flip and have no ...more

So much for the big boys taking notice of penetration #s  and getting buy out offers around now? GLTA
Comment by dart321 on Oct 14, 2022 12:52pm
Yup it's to bad because they had something here that could have exploded, by taking all the cash out of the coffers by giving themselves massive consultant fees they left the company in a place they ran out of money to fill ever increasing orders. Now we see the penetration numbers dropping because they can't fill those orders. A smart company will wait see if they go belly up, then step ...more
