Already Happening
People walking out of their pot store with flats of beverages, a pic on ceo.ca shows a flat of 24. I suspect this will be the norm rather than the exception as we see the beverage sector taking a large chunk of the total pot sales. Just as the fed servey showed us,14% of the total ontario poy sales per month is 21.7 million and the top ten beverage share of that is estimated at 13.02 million. So for simple math if each top ten beverage gets 10% of those total top ten sales then we could say this company would have sales of 3 x $1.302 mil= $3.906 million in sales per month for just these three in the top ten. When this happens they will have to add additional manufacturing shifts to cover increase of sales. This increase alone would cause them to add an afternoon shift as they have stated in the past one shift can produce 6 million units per year, with this added sales projection they would need two full shifts to fill projected orders. We shall see, I suspect the increase will be sharp at first then a steady climb to max beverage sales penetration of the sector.
