Down almost 1$ from high, still worth buying before merger?

Been tracking MMAT for a few weeks, I didn't have any liquidity to jump in. It's been down in the past 5 days, is it still looking like a great deal?

Honestly, you should want it to drop as much as possible for your share buy These shares will open the day after the merger at essentially 3 times the TRCH price (really you will have 3 shares for every one you currently have).
