all the best monday

i bought TRCH at 2.58 US.

Those buying TRCH closer to yesterday's close or less are sitting in the driver seat.  This chasing TRCH from $7-$10 US may have a ST problem of sorts.  Closing at $4.95 US for TRCH with a 1 for 2 r/s, puts the stock at $9.90 US.  MMAT closing at $17.12 puts the Nasdaq version of MMAT at $13.93 US.  Sonthing has to give, either MMAT (new listingfor them in US) has to go up towards the CDN listing or through the ups and downs settle in between $9.90 US to $13.93 US or about $12-$15 CDN???  Plus, taking into account much is shorted of TRCH before this conversion happens, it is anyone's guess as to next week's action and in LT, vs. how it fairs on Monday...until we get the conversion done.  Oh yah, if bought and held through June 24, TRCH shareholders get a divvy of which needs TRCH to sell its previous business of oil and gas assets of some sorts of divestiture of which a placeholder is in accounts of investors that qualify should monies be made theough the selling of old company TRCH's o&g assets.

not much to do now but wait it all out, having bought pretty cheap and didnt know of the MMAT merger.

all the best, good luck to all.

my trch shares hasnt changed into mmat yet.  i would think it will take a day or two more. as for selling the shares before they change over, as long as you take into account the 1 for 2 reverse split, i think you can call it in and your broker should be able to do it for you. what a farce it has turned into.  mmat on nasdaq allowed to trade while the cse mmat is halted probably until ...more

Dave, I have to admit that I am having trouble getting my head around this. I don't think the closing price of MMATF has anything to do with the calculation of opening price for those who owned CSE MMAT shares. We were promised as a base calculation 3.690 new shares per 1 share owned with value based on closing price of TRCH ($4.95 US). The only thing that changed was the 1 for 2 reverse split ...more
