Material chemistry science is very impactful on humanity in a number of ways!
Full disclosure. No spammer. Just an enthusiastic shareholder seeing a breakout around the corner for an inexpensive symbol not so much unlike $MMAT.
$ATHR is also in material chemistry. They have a $PP open for $1m that already closed a $729k first tranche this week. I anticipate 2nd round will close over subscribed early in July.
PP is at $0.175 with a $0.225 full warrant. Stock is already trading at $0.24 and it is extremely ask thin/bid heavy at these levels. I believe the PP is about a strategic shareholder requiring size entering. Also the raise allows the company to apply for matching funding from the government. So their cash is about to be near $3m, without devistating share structure. That's a lot of money to start with for breaking into the go to market/engineering/patent iteration/expansion phase.
Aether is not a Nano tech material chemistry company like $MMAT. They are an emissions sciences material chemistry company. Their product/invention is a patent pending low cost catalytic converter containing no Palladium, Iridium, or Rodium. Yes you heard that right, a market without innovation in its fifty odd year history is nearing a new breakthrough!
Not only is the breakthrough expected to be 1/20th the cost of a PGM competitor in mass production. It also requires 15x less mining to acquire the base metals and organic matter for the development product itself. A true breakthrough for humanity on all sides!
The low cost ability of this invention makes it capable for both small motors and automotive. Few realize small motors have no emissions reduction. As a result that market which includes generators, lawn and garden, agriculture, water sports, and snow blowers etc. contributes 10%+/- of global GHG emissions.
Once fully assimilated in industry this invention will allow 75%+ of the existing GHG of the small motor market to be eliminated! Shrinking more than 7.5% of overall annual greenhouse gasses. This is the kind of impact companies are paid carbon credits for!
Also few realize. There are several countries in Europe with differing emissions laws. Providing low cost emissions reduction to manufacturers of lower cost foreign petroleum automotives. Could mean the difference between having to leave your car at the boarder, or be able to drive it into a more strict country on emissions. These are also markets most impacting greenhouse gasses by allowing now regulated cars to be on the road. Impacting this 2nd world market would be a big step in reducing greenhouse gas emissions even further.
Get the feeling lots of USA related activity is about to unfold with $ATHR. Buying what little you can get at these levels, could feel a lot like buying $MMAT nearly a year ago.
Im told the company is aware that government in both California and Canada could mandate emissions reduction regulation of the small motors market by 2022. Entire USA likely to follow California's lead.
This would be a massive floodgate moment for $ATHR share price. If the base is a few bucks by then. Jumping to tens of dollars per share wouldn't shock me! Sounds crazy, but if $MMAT can do it... $ATHR can too!!
GLTA. Congrats again here on this monumental win! Can't wait to watch the squeeze this week!!
