knows I'm right.... ICM is currently not finished and know where near close . just like ABBA but 2 million a number that's not huge but not small was "used" 7 times to finish ABBA and go figure the same "number" used to say they need to finish ICM . how many guess that they will say they need the "2 million" for ICM ???
