You realize this is dog$hit, right?  CCS has had forever to produce and done f-all. There's no sign of life in this company and CCS is spending his time on other gigs, and cares only to skim and take while this thing limps along.  The board does not care other than to take their fees, nothing will change.   Anyone investing in this better do their DD - there's no tax
