October 2nd press release indicated they would have pharmacokinetic data within 2 weeks. Tomorrow will officially be 5 weeks. Judgment of management was already questionable with the write-offs of recently acquired assets. I cannot comment regarding how normal this type of delay or miss is when it comes to receiving this type of data from a trial, but being off by 150% is disconcerting. You might

Am I missing something or did the news release this morning actually completely gloss over any update on the trials they were working on? Instead its all dedicated to some new "discovery" while they were doing the trials. Maybe they still plan on releasing an update on the pre-trials and this can be viewed as just an update for a new patent they are filing? If that was the case though you would think they would have mentioned this in the press release.  At least something acknowledging the pre-trials and when to expect results. Very difficult to avoid getting the impression that these results are intentionally

It would also have been nice if they had a comment from John Clements. He has some options so he is not completely absolved from conflicts of interest, but this is a professor emeritus with a distinguished career and great reputation in his field and amongst his peers. You have to assume John would not compromise any of this, so any comments from him would likely be viewed as honest and
