stocks are not halted for financings. Only halted for significant news that would influence the SP either way.  From the post halt bidding my guess it is good news. GL

MVMD does NOT need money! This is for good reason and it will benefit everyone that believed in the amazing work they are doing!  All of their efforts are genuine and for the better of the world, Mountain Valley MD is the real deal and these Companies only come around once in a lifetime usually!  GLTA
