(1) The MD&A (page 9) indicated that as at September 30, 2022, the Company had cash of $13 million and had working capital of $12.7 million. Meanwhile, MVMD had total assets of about $21 million and almost no debts. The MD&A indicated that ”MVMD has ample funds for future projects as results are achieved and future R&D plans are developed”.
