For this act, given the merit of the case and the non-appearance of the witness at the hearings, I come to request this Court to serve to make effective the preparation of assert of the witness Mr. FELIPE OSSA GUZMAN, attorney, … and then, to arrange to meet at a new day and time for the purpose of giving testimonial evidence ordered by your Court after the end of the State of Emergency.
