Was there not an injunction in place ?

It is difficult to parse JL's messages.  He skips from topic to topic without transition. I can tell you that there was never a Supreme Court ruling about the contract between MSX and JL about correct legal jurisdiction or anything else. There was an injunction on the mining properties from 2001 until 2018 when the 14th Civil Court lifted it. I don't know the relevance of the ...more

correct me if I am wrong, as I see the revelance of the comments as stated by JL a number of times over the past years that the  Supreme  Court of Chile permitted JL to contract with MSX regardless of the injunction prohibiting any deals to be made regarding the PL propertiy. Theft by deception  would say it. SD, Quer, Slugger are correct !

The Supreme Court of Chile never ruled on the contract. Full Stop. The statement MSX made in their Monthy Progress Report filed with the CSE on September 7, 2016 declared: "The Pascua Agreement had been reviewed by Chilean legal counsel who had confirmed the validity and the enforceability of the terms of the Pascua Agreement in Chile, as between the Company and Mr. Lopehandia only."  ...more
