50 questions and not one asking....... Is it true the Supreme Court of Chile made a secret ruling to support the claims to Mina Pacua by Mr. Lopehandia.
This ruling has been referred to many times by Mr Lopehandia but never substantiated in any clear fashion.

The idea of a "secret court ruling" is ridiculous. What would be the point of a ruling that nobody knew about? Since there would be no record of it and nobody knew of it (other than a single, solitary, sworn-to-secrecy, judge) it'd be like it didn't exist. And even if there was a "secret ruling" then JL wouldn't be able to refer to it because.... guess what... it
