Regarding the presentation of October 14. 2021: As requested, appearance to absolve positions by Felipe Ossa Guzman on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 11:15 p.m., at a hearing that will be held by videoconference over which the judicial receiver will preside as administrator.
The interested party must communicate to the Court, in writing, the name, telephone and email of the responding receiver, as well as the access link and password to participate in the scheduled hearing at least two days in advance, under notice of non-compliance of not doing so. The court will connect at the time indicated for the purpose of granting permission and swearing in the absolvent.
Notify the absolvent by identification with at least five working days in advance of the date of the virtual hearing, under the same the same warning indicated.

Time correction.... should read 11:15 a.m. !! Santiago, dieciocho de Octubre de dos mil veintiuno A la presentacin de fecha 14/10/21: Como se pide, comparezca a absolver posiciones don Felipe Ossa Guzmn, el da mircoles 10 de noviembre de 2021, a las 11.15 horas, audiencia que se rendir por videoconferencia, a cargo de un receptor judicial, quien actuar como administrador de la misma.
