What I don't understand is why the BCSC doesn't work with the RCMP IMET to do something about this? According to JRL he has the #1 file at the RCMP IMET outlining his case against Barrick lol. Surely someone there has looked into this and can see JRL and his claims for what they are? Is allegedly defrauding MWR shareholders not worthy of prosecution when the sum is close to $10 million dollars?

Is it because the crime has taken place for so many years between two countries and is difficult to understand? The sheer number of lawsuits launched by JRL..the number of courts both civil and criminal, and the Spanish language have made this a difficult story to follow year after year. I think JRL and his cohorts know this, and have used it to their advantage.
 

As far as I know JRL continues to have money given to him to pursue titles in Chile. If I heard right he is now suing a concession holder somewhere up the coast of Chile. Guess what? He's claiming he has won damages? Sound familiar? He needs to be stopped....and anyone aiding and abetting him needs to be stopped too. 

I won't be happy until I'm waving goodbye to JRL in an orange jumpsuit!

I agree !  When I was first introduced to jorges by a guy that said "Have I got a great deal for you if you want to invest $50 k because I have invested $80 k and this is hot " I said I would look into it (DD) This was all prior to to jorge hooking up with BJ / MWR, Jorges told me he had fears that some people wanted to bump him off. Jorges has cheated some people that may not take

JORGE HAS BEEN AT THIS SINCE SAY 1996.  If those wanting him Deadeous, Morteous, No more Life-eous haven't got it right by now I would suggest Jorge is better at what he does than those others at what they ........do ? This may come as shock to many but there are still people,  errrrrr , investing substantial sums in this story.

Unfortunatley there have been a lot of innocent  people investing substantial sums in this STORY ! The only person I have met personally is jorge and I know him to be a liar ! SD tried to point this out in the early stage of MWR involvement but as you say jorge is better at what he does than those others at what they ...do ?
