BJ & SH ordered to perform depositions in C 2418

Yay!  We have entertainment in a couple weeks with Brent and Steve.

1. In view of the merits of the allegations made by both parties regarding the obstruction alleged in Folio 172 of the case, the notification conferred in respect to the modality proposed by the defendant for the confessional evidence set in the case was not been acknowledged in a timely manner, and therefore, being able to grant such a request and thus realized arranged in a manner contemplated by law, that grants legal certainty to the parties, the aforementioned obstruction is rejected, without costs.
2. In view of the merits of the case, it is rightfully provided to Folio 173:  To the principal:  The acknowledgement is conferred, in absentia of the plaintiff, this will be resolved below; To the addendum: Bear in mind where relevant.
3. Given the merits of the resolution, the request is accepted in the addendum of Folios 165 and 166 of the file, in the sense that it is stipulated that, for the reception of the confessional testimonies referred to, the hearings on Wednesday, November 30 and Friday, December 2, both in 2022 and at 9:30 a.m. will be conducted by full telematic modality, for which the interest party must communicate to the Court, in writing, the name, telephone number and email of the receiving party, as well as the access link and password to participate in the hearing, two business days before the beginning of the hearing, under warning of not doing so in case of non-compliance, respectively.

It will be highly entertaining, if they are deposed at 9:30 Santiago time! That is 4:30 a.m. PST! I've heard BJ doesn't function well in the morning. I wonder if he and SH will ask for a change in time? Perhaps they have already tested the court's patience, trying to delay these depositions once? It will be a gong show if BJ has to be alert at 4:30 a.m. He will have to be very

I am all atingle in anticipation.  I do think a comparison of their testimonies will be in order.

I also look forward to BJ's testimony. I am worried however, that a very real possibility may prove to be problematic: BJ's computer is undoubtedly hacked by the BCSC, and in their usual nefarious fashion they may blank out BJ's replies to the questions and carefully dub in their own answers. Of course this will become fairly obvious once the answers are heard to be well thought-out
