On January 01, 2012, only MSX had clean titles to MINA PASCUA Chile from me.

MSX is no longer a company. The basis of delisting MSX will be used by Ossa/ Claro / CMN in your lawsuits against them, as will the sanctions against BJ.
Anyone can file a lawsuit. You know that only too well. You have not won any of them. You are a nuisance and a giant waste of time to the courts in Chile IMO.
Whereas its regulators married to their FACTUM which is a crime recipe to imprison them, MSX and I are free to trounce them in Canada as they are the losers nonstop 2016-2022 at every level of court.
