Newgold is wrong again, as usual
Newgold became all hot an bothered when reading the following in the recap of evidence for C 29407-2016:
"On the contrary, the plaintiff focused his evidentiary activity exclusively on the dispute over the property of Pascua Lama Chile, submitting certificates of ownership of mining properties whose ownership is not being disputed in this case, and a history of previous lawsuits that have been already completed"
She assumed that JL has sumbitted HIS titles and they were undisputed. In reality, JT submitted the titles and the Certificates of Domain for the Tesoro concessions, proving according to JGTF "It is confirmed that the owner of the previously mentioned Tesoro mining concessions was Mr. Hector Mardoqueo Unda Llanos in 2001, " and that, "In these document it is confirmed that only since the year 2018 has Minera Nevada SpA had the domain of the above-mentioned mining concessions."
IOW, JT submitted evidence that JL does not own the Tesoro mining concessions. The ownership of the Tesoro mining concessions has never been in doubt. They have always belonged to CMN or their representative, HUL.
JL has always thought that proving that the Tesoros weren't titled in CMN's name would somehow win the trial for him. He is wrong. It is only relevant that the Tesoros were never titled in JL's name - as JT just proved.
The titles and Certicates of Domain are submitted in Folios 88 and 89 of C 29407-2016 if you would like to see them for yourself.
