Would you be aware of or not, but filings..... of any recent case(s) that Jorge might have launched against one Luis Hermosilla, lawyer representing CMN in the beginnings of the affair.Seems that Hermosilla is the flavor of the year in Chile where a lot of corruption has taken place regarding many legal dealings with politicos as well legal officials. (who knew !!!)

It is not about Hermosilla but rather about one Jorge Rodrigo Lopehandia and Mina Pascua,your reason to be posting herein. There may be a door opening where some light in these matters will be made evident as the Chile frauds and corruptions initiated by Hermosilla are uncovered. So to say you have no interest in Hermosilla means you will miss a big chapter in this story. Hermosilla was an author

LOL  As with all things involving the Chilean legal system, whatever doors will be opening will take forever. Besides, I am not focused on some nebulous corruption that may not have anything to do with JL milking millions from the MSX shareholders.  So, if that apocryphal door ever opens, and something happens that unquestionably impinges on JL's Mina Pascua, you can post it here
