my wishful thinking - COB?

Looks like MY will go through a COB (change of business)? 
Getting rid of exploration and mining bu selling Kiyuk Lake project?
Set the comapny as a clean shell with some cash?
Changed managerment.
Raise some capital through NBPP.
What are they want to do?
Anybody has some clues?
