New board appointment of Jonathan Hamway + project in Utah should be a catalyst for volume incoming the next couple weeks. LOI to acquire 100% of the Wray Mesa project is exciting imo, getting in at 0.63 today is smth on my radar. If it drops any lower it won’t even be a question
