$NCLR.c / $BURCF experiencing a dip today due to finances being unlocked. 
 
With sell pressure is higher than normal which is also a big factor in the dip today, presenting a sweet opportunity to get in for cheap. 
 
With a $12M market cap plus $6M in cash, as volume remains high this is a solid time to hit it.
