CSE
"Wider audience"!!! WTF. The vast majority of regular retail investors in the states can't trade on the TSX/TSXV. Those that do usually go with an international broker like Interactive Brokers, such as myself, which doesn't trade CSE (<400m i="" think).="" i="" can="" sell="" my="" small="" position,="" but="" that's="" it.="" what="" a="">400m>

Anyone know what they are talking about when they say wider audience? Cuz where I'm at, it looks like they flat out lied and dropped a bomb on SP.

I sold today and took the loss. It was a small position thankfully. Yah, that's pretty much what I was thinking. I'm not familiar with the reqiurement differences between the exchanges but I assumed it was to save money. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot for what? Strike one. Saying it's for a wider audience, strike 2. I thought I've seen all.

To be fair, aren't all junior gold exploration companies at a grass roots speculative? If you don't know that and you're investing in them, you may be in for a rude awakening.

Indeed, I sense that a major financing is on the horizon. Likely Sprott and flow through shares. When you see these flow through shares, they are very different than a regular share equity raise. Not a red flag per say but you can't give much creedence to the pricing as there are significant tax advantages. So look for dilution through flow through shares issuance.

Well I can't dispute this being a potential concern or minor red flag. I have heard some say CSE can be more broadly traded (worldwide) so it may be better, but I don't know.
