This management basically destroyed this company with a promising asset with just one crazy financing agreement with this highly dubious convertible debt holder who converts and dump to crush the share price in an unrelenting manner. Mind boggling indeed.

Stockman and Woodwise, You both are ignorant as ever.  The debt holder can continue to smash the price and collect "even more shares" the lower the price is when the debt holder redeems.  All the debt holder has to do is smash the share price down as low as he can get it and then redeem for shares.  The debt holder can probably redeem for 50-70 million shares right now

Yes, that is correct.  I am blaming a debt holder.  Manipulation of the market happens by people for personal gain.  What I explained here is fairly simple, straight forward and easy to understand.  If you are suggesting that the drill results are bad then I suggest that you compare them to other exploration companies and the industry average.  Here are those drill results

IMO and only MY OPINION but this 14 million shares could be bennifacial. They were good drill results but 2 people seemed to have wanted out and tanked it. Maybe they seen this coming but we don't know anymore as they don't have to report on sedi. But if the stock prices after the consolidation the share price could go quite a bit higher. It went up to .065 giving it a MC of about $7

Mind numbing play. Actually has gold in the ground and a promising silver property yet collapsed to .005. Now they do a rollback with only 140 million o/s. Will probably be trading around .05 after 10-1 rollback. To put things in persepctive it will have to go all the way up to .60 to reach the pre-roll .06 shareprice only a few months ago. I rarely havent seen anything like this too in more than 20 years. It stinks to a point that it feels like a scam or fraud is being committed with this convertible debt holder.
