Day 22 and still no money. I guess the investment community dont trust this management team enough to take up this offer and who would? They dont even get a warrant for the risk they are taking knowing full well that management threw existing shareholders under the bus with the most recent reverse split and the chances are highly likely they would do it again. If I can find the time today Im going to call my friends at Reyna Silver to see if I can convince them to buy the company and fire the management of Northern Lights.  It all begins here...

Its been 25 days since they announced a new round of Non-Brokered Private Placement financing without a warrant of any kind and it looks like they've got nothing to show for the effort. Not surprised management cannot be trusted.

It looks to me as if you are bashing, again, as you can have absolutely no evidence to support such a guess.  Tell us, please.  What is the typical time, or ranges in time, between announcing a private placement and closing it?  Do these vary by industry and overall economic conditions? Geez!

Yes I do there is no Press Release announcing that they have raised any money therefore I can say that they havent raised any in the weeks since announcing they would try. I for one would not give these clowns in management any money because they have proven themselves not to be
