This company needs to go on care and maintanance for forget about any exploration work. Management has proven to the investment community that it is hotile to shareholders and cannot be trusted therefore I highly doubt they we be able to raise any money at all especially without warrants. Our only hope is that Reyna Silver buys the company in an all share purchase agreement. This management team

The value propostion of the company is in the properties that we control unfortuneatly the company is run by three buffoons or stooges as the case may be. They deffinatly screwed to pooch on this one.

If we all do the math based on their recent drill results and projected strike, I think the company ends up with 600,000 ounces of gold.  If they expand the footprint of their project then it could be more.  I usually look for 2 million ounce mines or more to invest in, but this one would be open pit if I remember correctly (I look at so many mines every day they blurr together, lol

Well then there you have it. No one is going to invest here because of properties. This is not a real estate acquisition and if they can't monetize what they own it has no appeal for investors. Stick a fork in it. What do you mean by that? its all about the properties and the minerals therein or under. Then comes the quality and integrity of management and that's where we are lacking.
