More than 1.9 million shares issued to the Predatory Note holder at around 2.99 cents. Next step is to dump it and repeat the cycle while ignorant idiots buy the PP. This Predatory Note holder can easily destroy share price back to 0.005 with nothing to stop him as long as he dumps all and exercise the Note lower. This is the WORST MANAGEMENT in the history of junior exploration companies and the whole thing feels like scam.
