If its not in any agreement in writing it surely is tacitly agreed or we wouldnt be issuing shares to them at $0.023. Oh and why the secracy!? That's how exploration-phase miners keep the lights on while they advance their projects.  They all do it, all of them.  Nothing more needs to be said on this unless you are merely looking for an excuse for bashing. In this case, NL has an 80 percent partner to do the work at Medicine Springs.

Hmmm.  I have a fair chunk of this company and could buy all of it maybe.  Obviously, there is a predatory shareholder which I discovered a long while ago.  I would like to better understand what NLR is trying to accomplish here though.  All management has to do is tag a long for the ride with Reyna right now.   I dont understand some things here though.  NLR

All good questions and observations. Its obviouse this current management team holds its shareholders in contempt and is taking us for a ride. These three need to be run out of office for the way they are diluting shareholder value with their needless 10 to 1 reverse and senseless spending. I questioned why they committed to spending $90k on a promotion campaign depleting the financial resources

Exceptional post Realty and very valid questions. Might by why nobody is scooping up "cheap" shares right now. Maybe all this can be explained away as simply amateurish behavior by lightweights. Upside is Reyna is carrying a heavy load which may be a blessing here.

Disagree.  NLR has very little money and they can sit back and ride the Medicine Springs project and promote the project along side Reyna.  They should be at conventions and doing presentations/or piggybacking off of a Reyna presentations.  This would help their share price.   They can also self promote the Secret Pass Project.  What will the marketing company do

Let's say that Medicine Springs turns into the next Hermosa worth 1.5 billion dollars.  Are you ok with NLR giving away 10% of the company for 50k when that 10% could be worth 20 million?  Heck, I might as well buy 50% of the company for 250k or less and take it private. Realty

I don't know if the agreement has been amended, but if not, you are pretty off-base in your understanding of it.  It looks like a typical JV agreement to me, at least where one partner has all the money and will do all the work.  "NLR is currently earning a 100% interest in the Medicine Springs Project under the terms of an option agreement with the underlying claim owners

If you genuinely believe that, you must complain to the appropriate authorities to get them delisted and brought up on criminal charges.  That you don't do so, and that you are not soliciting others to you in doing so (and explaining how to do so), you are behaving here fraudulently yourself.
