Yep, I predicted this.  Too bad that Reyna Silver was not interested in taking out NL.  Now I will have to sell my lowly 1,000 shares on the bounce from the news.

Well,  you have a point.  NLR is now essentially a part owner of Reyna Silver and vested in their success, even if they slowly sell the shares they are getting over the next two years.  Longer term, they still have the option to sell half a one percent royalty, which I think is likely to happen.  That will bring another 2.5 million.  The deal appears to mean that Reyna

U May have misunderstood. I agree with Totalmetalhead.... This appears to be a "pity payout"....NLR never closed the previous announced PP... Which they should have annouced it was closed, and under subscribed after 90 days... If there was something so special, Reyna would have came to them....which I doubt was the case. And they would have commanded 2 million in cash. Good luck...

Doubting means you don't know.  But it's of no matter.  My point is both companies are better off by this, and NLR is, by all appearances not being abused by the deal.  It remains a fact that Reyna could have waited a few more weeks for drilling results to affirm

Why?  That's easy!  NLR has gravely disillusioned shareholders, and the market has no appreciation for what the investment in Reyna Silver will bring.  If drilling at Medicine Springs leads to a significant CDR silver discovery, NLRs price will change substantially.  Doubters should take a tax loss now.  Good luck, VP in AZ

Backstreets, The company does not have money yet, just shares.  The Reyna shares are or will be in lockup for six months.  It makes sense for them to wait for the assay results to come back from the Reyna silver program anyway, as the shares will most likely be worth more before they would sell some of them and that is if they do sell them, which they might not. Now I see what you mean about 25 bucks.  I misspoke.  I'm into NLR for a thousand dollars, not one thousand shares.  One thousand dollars at US eight cents is 12,500 shares.  Reyna Silver is another matter entirely.  I have significant money into it and two other mostly silver prospectors - Blackrock Silver and Sterling Metals.
