Per the Agreement with the "Investor" on May 27, 2021, the Investor may not own more than 10% of the company at ANY given time.  The amount of shares that the Investor owns must be disclosed at all times.  It has not been disclosed on SEDI or any other location.  As of my calculations the Investor owns approximately 19,700,000 shares of the company with $348,000 still owed to the Investor under the Agreement.  The Investor appeaers to own roughly 66% of the company.  Precious Metals Capital Group, LLC is an Delaware Limited Liability Company, with an address of:  251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808.  It has a phone number of:  302-636-5401.  I will soon have the Director/Owner's name.  The file number of the company for the state is:  7911969.  I currently own over 1% of the company and will be requesting disclosure of share ownership by the company and Precious Metals Capital Group, LLC.  Based on what has been disclosed to the regulatory bodies and the public this leaves a float of 10 million of which i own 450,000 shares.  I am currently requesting information regarding the Investors current total share ownership of the company.

My last post was deleted.  NLR has responded and indicated that the Convertible Security Investor owns and maintains less than 10% ownership.  Hopefully this post isnt deleted.

Also of interest is that the stock is currently up 45 percent in the US.  Canada's market is closed.

Yeah, I get your point.  A hundred thousand shares may not be anything to get excited about.  Still, there are many days in the US where NLR does not trade, and only one other day this month exceeded that volume.  At the same time, the price trend has been upward since the 15th of the month.
