LACK OF PUBLIC DISCLOSURES - REALTY

REALTY POSTED THIS:

The Investor appeaers to own roughly 66% of the company.  Precious Metals Capital Group, LLC is an Delaware Limited Liability Company, with an address of:  251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808.  It has a phone number of:  302-636-5401.  I will soon have the Director/Owner's name.  The file number of the company for the state is:  7911969.

IF THIS COMPANY AND RELATED ENTITES CONTROLS 66% OR MORE OF NLR WHICH IS LIKELY TRUE BASED ON THE PERSISTENT ISSUANCE OF SHARES AFTER THE CONSOLIDATION, THEN IT IS A SERIOUS RED FLAG FOR FRAUD.

ANYONE THAT HAS EVIDENCE SHOULD CONTINUE TO SHARE IT ON THIS FORUM. A LOT OF LONG-TERM SHAREHOLDERS HAVE BEEN HURT BY THIS MANAGEMENT AND ARE LOOKING FOR EVIDENCES OF FRAUD.

Yes longterm shareholders have been hurt very badly no doubt. Some posters insist move on from disaster roll-back and just sell at a huge loss no big deal. Others accuse of bashing despite disatrous stewardship this past year. Now unknown information seems to be coming out that could further disadvantage the average retails. What is going on here ?

"Some posters insist move on from disaster roll-back and just sell at a huge loss no big deal." Who says such a thing?  Taking a loss hurts, so it is a big deal if and when you choose to sell at a loss.  "Others accuse of bashing despite disatrous stewardship this past year." Who accuses who of what?  Again, you are not clear.  Are you suggesting that ...more

Hi ValuePro.  I have received a response from NLR, which was not entirely satisfactory.  The CEOs statement is that the Investor is not holding the shares and has sold them through Velocity and owns less than 1 million shares as of the date of my last posting.  The CEO stated that if the Investor owned more than 10% of the shares it would have been reported.  Is his statement ...more

Hey, Realty.  Just to let you know that I - and I presume many others who read your posts - appreciate  your contribution to the bullboard here. In regards to your statement about share volume not being enough for the Investor in question to have sold his shares:  on December 15th, approximately 8 million shares changed hands, or about 23% of the entire float.  Since that time ...more

SilverSam, Thank you.  I did look at the volume traded on those dates and considered what you have proposed may have transpired.  Its just that over a longer period of time did the Investor ever have more than 10% of the shares at any given time.  Yes, he could have sold some on those dates, but how many shares did the Investor hold at that time?  I just havent had the time to ...more

realty, thanks for the info, though I don't think it matters much now, given the Reyna buy-out of Medicine Springs for a tiny bit of cash and many shares in Reyna.  Then, as to the share volumes last month, it is hard to tell what, if any, portion of that was "the investor," or tax loss sellers AND new buyers speculating on the Reyna purchase, or a combination of both.  ...more
