I would have to go back and read the agreement, but why did the company issue the shares at .00881 cents to the investor?  That seems very low.  Realty

Why were shares issued at .00881? It would be best if you asked them, though shares are often sold at a discount to the market price in private offerings.  It is curious, though, that the deal coincided with the recent low in the open market share price.

More than 2.7 million shares dumped today through Velocity so far.  IF it is the same holder of the shares which were issued at .00881, it would explain why they were sold at such a low price:  almost 200% return on the share price.  Was there a hold period on the shares?  If so, then the selling today is being done by someone else.

There is no hold or lockup period on debt that is converted to shares at this time under the agreement.  It is definitely the Investor selling the shares through Velocity.  I would like to see the debt converted at a higher share price than .00881 American Dollars.  That is low, especially when the American share price is 2 cents.  At a two cents share price the Investor can

So is this endless converting mean the O/S keep cranking up ? O/S was only 14 mil a few months back and now they are closing in on 38 mil. Do we see another rollback in the future at this rate ? What exactly is the endgame here, do the powers that be even have a clue ?

That sounds like grounds for a legitimate complaint to regulatory authorities.  I've done such in the past to the State of Nevada, Arizona, and the SEC and always had a reply
