I've been frequently checking for an NLR news release regarding the voting results of the AGM, hoping that at least some, if not all of the directors and management were voted off.  It is now the weekend, and still no posted results of the vote anywhere.  Even their home page is void of any results.

I own two percent of the shares and did not get a chance to vote.  If I knew that shareholders were banding together to vote them out, I would have made more of an effort to vote management out!  Realty

Realty:  I've been reading your posts on this site for months.  You've been very much aware of how this company has been mismanaged.  Voting rights to 2% of the shares would have gone a long way in sending a message to current management and directors.  This has nothing to do with shareholders banding together.  It has to do with individual shareholders expressing

You maybe correct in your thinking that mgt. belongs in jail but maybe the regulators belong there also.

I am only staying with this company because of its shareholdings in Reyna.  Should they begin dumping that in earnest, I will dump NLR, albeit only 15k shares.  FWIW, Reyna Silver is among my largest holding among explorers.  GLTA VP in AZ
