CIBC Investors Edge and NEO

Anyone else with CIBC Investors Edge? I don't seem to be able to buy/sell or see quotes for NTAR on NEO...

My other account with BMO Investorline seems fine.

Yeah, I'm with CIBC Investors Edge. I spoke with them last Thursday and asked specificaly if I would be able to trade on Neo using the online brokerage and they assured me that I would be able to. Haven't tried yet but judging by your experience, apparently I was lied to. I guess you will have to get in touch with them over the phone and complain to them. Well the big expectations ...more

I'm with RBC Direct investing and same problem, the ticker symbol NTAR is still point to the CSX, i guess it will take a day or two for that to change, and probably if you want to make a trade you need to make a phone-call.

Interesting that CIBC is a buyer and seller today so, they are set up but, not for individual accounts. I have an investors edge and all I can see is a delayed price.

Canada certainly screwed up the opening of their cannabis regarding sales to public through brick and mortar. Inventory levels are at all time highs. Merging and acquisitions to save bankruptcies of larger cannabis companies. Extremely high prices compared to the low prices of cannabis on the street. Carrying huge debt for most of them and not profitable.
