" Major stock exchanges, like Nasdaq are exclusive clubs - their reputations rest on the companies they trade. As such, the Nasdaq won't allow just any company to be traded on its exchange. Only companies wiith a solid history and top-notch management behind them are considered."

@luckymeluckyyou So Nasddaq is such an exclusive club that they won't list just any company because they have to defend their reputation huh? Well if you check out the list of companies that are listed on the Nasdaq, it's not to difficult to find many Mickey Mouse companies on there trading in the $1 to $2 range. How do you explanin that?
