We can only hope that was an oversight , as NASDAQ won’t accept these.  Funny how Evan hasn’t boasted  about the imminent up listing of late .  Hope I’m wrong as we need a bigger audience.

exrower, we shall see if it is Another oversight or not, but I do know that No nasdaq will be announced from what I can surmise. mo. evan is very good at hiring, then just delagates and let them no their thing. Now how about substantiating the hiring of friends who were hired out of connections, not capabilities....and also substantiating your claims about Evan not being accountable or showing any leadership. Do you really think this is a legitimate question? You really believe the full year statements will not be audited? Does this NR scare you into believing they will not be meeting their filing obligations, their obligation to report audited numbers thereby get at least a management cease trade imposed on them? Or are you trying to scare others?
